You have two weeks from the date of purchase to submit a refund request. For change-of-mind returns, all items must be unopened, unused, and in perfect condition. Subject to approval of the refund request, a full refund will be processed, excluding any delivery charges paid.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

If you wish to cancel an order and stop your delivery, you need to contact us immediately and we will do our best to cancel your order.

We advise you to please review your orders, delivery addresses, amounts, products, quantities and attributes thoroughly before placing an order to avoid any inconvenience.

 

Faulty Products

Upon receiving any order:

  • You should always check that the number of received packages matches those sent.
  • Inspect each package externally with great care in order to see if there are any signs of it having been damaged or mishandled, such as bumps, dents, holes, packaging in poor condition or any sign that may lead to suspect that the Products may be damaged.
  • Please note that You only have 48 hours from the time you receive any faulty Products to report it to Us. Any claims made after 48 hours of receipt will not be accepted.

If you report a faulty Product within 48 hours of receipt, You will need to provide product images to support Your claim. If Your claim is accepted, We will either offer You a full refund or send you a complementary order of the same Product.

 

Changes to This Refund & Return Policy

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
